The interface of USB Vault is based on a very small frame that you can move to any position on the screen, with the help of the mouse cursor; it resembles an actual vault.

Unfortunately, USB Vault does not let you select the security level against unauthorized users (e.g. read-only, copying, deletion). Moreover, you cannot minimize the application to the system tray area.
The simple-to-use software tool runs on a very low quantity of CPU and system memory, so it does not interfere with the runtime of other active processes. It is very responsive to key strokes and mouse commands, and includes user documentation.
No error dialogs have been shown in our testing and the app did not hang or crash; we haven't encountered any problems throughout our evaluation. On the downside, USB Vault has not been updated for a very long time.
